Your Role:
As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential care and companionship, helping seniors stay independent at home. Your responsibilities include:
Engaging Companionship * Assist clients with hobbies, walks, and social activities
Daily Living Assistance * Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and personal care
Transportation & Errands * Drive clients to appointments or run errands as needed
Health & Safety Monitoring * Observe and report any changes in the client’s condition
Mobility Support * Assist with transfers, mobility, and range of motion exercises
Other * Other tasks as requested and listed within the clients individualized care plan
Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
Willing to travel to client homes within our service areas (The areas include Washtenaw County, Livingston County, Belleville. We do take down your preferences with a requirement minimum of 30 minutes travel to clients)
High school diploma or GED
Previous caregiver or senior care experience (At least 1-year professional experience is required)
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle (Proof required before hiring)
Able to run errands and provide client transportation
