We're currently looking for compassionate and dependable individuals to join our team as Monitors.

Position Summary: As a Monitor, you’ll play a critical role in assisting passengers during transport, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. This is a part-time split schedule role—ideal for someone seeking steady hours in both the early morning and late afternoon.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients boarding and exiting vehicles safely

Monitor clients during transport to ensure proper conduct and comfort

Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatch, and clients’ caretakers

Maintain accurate documentation of daily routes and incidents

Uphold safety protocols and assist in emergencies if needed

Schedule Details:

Monday through Friday

Hours may vary slightly depending on route assignments

Requirements:

Must be reliable, patient, and compassionate

Ability to pass background checks & drug screening

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
