✔ 1+ Years of Restaurant Management Experience – You’ve done this before and know your way around a kitchen & a P&L. ✔ Natural Leadership – People love working with you, and you know how to bring out their best. ✔ A Sales & Strategy Ninja – You find ways to boost business and keep costs in check. ✔ Someone Who Can Handle the Heat – Both from the kitchen and in fast-paced situations. ✔ Weekend & Night Availability– That’s when the magic happens! ✔ Physically Up for the Challenge – Can lift 50 lbs and rock a 12-hour shift when needed.
