As an Advisory Board Member of SBR2th you will work with the team to: 

• Ensure the long-term stability and strength of the operating unit

• Serve as a committed and trusted advisor to unit leadership

• Develop business strategies and perform ongoing execution reviews

• Leverage professional network and resources to drive the organization’s mission

This role is ideal for individuals with some combination of:

Track record in talent acquisition for highly specialized roles in the tech industry either as a senior TA leader at an established software company or in an agency capacity (preferably both)

Knowledge of the Tech industry, software development trends, practices and specializations:

• Focus on niche/new areas of the market - Web3, HWE/IOT, NLU/NLP, Data Science & Blockchain, machine learning, hardware, silicon photonics, BCI

No-ego leader; can-do and roll-up-the-sleeves attitude that instills confidence through collaboration and influencing

Gravitas: you carry yourself with confidence and speak clearly with conviction

Highly analytical, metrics-oriented; entrepreneurial with a high level of energy and drive

The founding set of Advisory Board Members are compensated on an equity basis.

SBR2th and nth Venture have remote-first cultures and operate in highly virtual and asynchronous environments.
