NU Car Rentals is looking for both full time and part time Customer Service Agents to work primarily in the call center. The successful candidate will have a great attitude while being able to providing customer service and handling multiple tasks throughout the day. 

Full time positions offer medical benefits. Direct deposit is offered for all employees. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email
• Ability to make and receive calls throughout a shift in a timely matter
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and complaints within defined standards
• Provide clear, precise, and polite communication with customers
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services related to our business
