Overview:
The Nurse Health Administrator plays a crucial role in managing and coordinating the nursing services of our home health agency. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the delivery of nursing services to clients in their homes, ensuring that care plans are followed and adjusted as necessary.
Conduct regular assessments of patient care needs and outcomes to improve service delivery.
Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff and ensure they adhere to best practices and agency policies.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Stay updated on federal, state, and local regulations regarding home health care.
Ensure that the agency maintains compliance with all regulatory agencies and standards of care.
Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial efficiency within the nursing department.
Develop and implement policies and protocols to improve operational processes and patient care.
Serve as a liaison among patients, families, and healthcare providers to address concerns and improve care coordination.
Facilitate communication between interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and patient-centered care.
Participate in quality assurance initiatives and patient safety programs to enhance service quality.

Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in healthcare administration, particularly in home health settings.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to travel to various locations for home visits.
