    Nurse Injector – Medical Spa

    Location: North Bethesda Reports to: Medical Spa Director

    Job Summary:

    The Nurse Injector will provide high-quality, non-surgical cosmetic services to clients. This role includes evaluating clients, recommending appropriate treatments, and administering injectables such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic enhancements in a safe, professional manner.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Consultation:

    Perform consultations to understand clients' aesthetic goals.

    Assess clients' medical histories, skin types, and anatomy to determine appropriate treatment plans.

    Educate clients on various injectable treatments, potential risks, benefits, and aftercare.

    Injectable Treatments:

    Administer Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectables according to the client's personalized treatment plan.

    Ensure proper documentation of treatments and maintain accurate client records.

    Use knowledge of facial anatomy and injection techniques to achieve optimal results.

    Patient Safety & Compliance:

    Follow all safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and maintain a clean treatment environment.

    Ensure all procedures comply with state regulations and medical spa policies.

    Stay updated on industry standards and new treatment techniques.

    Post-Treatment Care & Follow-Up:

    Provide clear aftercare instructions to clients to ensure safe recovery and optimal results.

    Conduct follow-up appointments as needed to monitor results and address any concerns.

    Sales & Client Retention:

    Recommend appropriate products and treatments to help clients achieve long-term skincare goals.

    Promote medical spa services and products through education and personal experience.

    Qualifications:

    Active and unrestricted RN

    Certification in Botox and Dermal Fillers from an accredited program.

    Minimum [2+] years of experience in aesthetic medicine or cosmetic injections preferred.

    Strong understanding of facial anatomy, aging processes, and aesthetic symmetry.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on patient education and satisfaction.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
