HCT seeks an experienced Nurse leader to serve as the interim Manager of Ambulatory Care in Northern California. The key areas of focus for this Nurse Manager are:

• Managing nursing care in the ambulatory setting, specifically in the clinic and outpatient department
• Overseeing and directing patient care, ensuring quality and safety
• Managing staff assignments, scheduling and performance
• Oversee budgets and manage invoice approvals, supply purchasing and maintain vendor contracts and service agreements 

Requirements:

• Education: Masters degree required
• Experience: 5+ years of progressive management in an outpatient clinic setting; Endoscopy and GI experience required; Pain (sedation) experience required
• License: California RN License required
• Certifications: American Heart Association BLS and ACLS required
• Computer Skills: EMR (EPIC) and Microsoft Office suite preferred
