The Stark Ambulatory Surgery Center, a leading healthcare provider in the Canton area, is seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager to join our esteemed team. As a Nurse Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our patients, while upholding our core beliefs of value, integrity, continuity, accessibility, and community engagement.
Nurse Manager at Stark Ambulatory Surgery Center
Under the direct supervision of the Administrator, the Nurse Manager provides clinical management and expertise over Pre-Op, PACU GI nurses, surgical technicians and central sterile processing staff to ensure patients receive high quality, efficient care.
Qualifications:
· Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
· Currently licensed in the state.
· CPR required, advanced life support certification required.
· One-year experience required intra-operative setting.
· Demonstrates clinical competency, leadership, and teaching capabilities.
· Physically and emotionally capable of performing responsibilities of position.
