Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner specializing in Family Medicine to join our practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver primary care services to patients across all ages, including routine check-ups, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions.

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless continuum of care.

Educate patients on preventive health, wellness strategies, and chronic condition management.

Conduct physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our electronic health records (EHR) system.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and enhance the overall patient experience.

Qualifications:

Current Nurse Practitioner certification in Family Medicine.

Active and unrestricted license to practice in Florida.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a family medicine setting.

Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
