AFC Urgent Care is the leading Urgent Care brand with over 300 locations nationwide offering high quality patient centered healthcare to our communities. Our state-of-the-art Urgent Care centers focus on the episodic treatment of acute illnesses and injuries on a walk-in basis 7-days a week with lab and x-rays on-site. We are seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to join our Team in San Diego, California.

Competitive Pay: $67 to $73 an hour (DOE).

Incentivized with approved overtime (up to a 16% increase in gross pay).

Bonus Program affords an additional 2.5% to 5% increase in gross pay when volume thresholds are met.

Highly desirable predictable scheduling:

Weekly schedule ranges from 22 to 34 hours (2 to 3 days) per week averaging 12 shifts a month.

Minimal weekend coverage requirements (will always have a Friday/Saturday, Sunday/Monday or Saturday/Sunday off).

What does AFC Urgent Care require?

An unrestricted medical license in California

DEA Certificate

Minimal one year experience in ER, Urgent Care or Walk in Care

Able to treat patients of all ages

Competent performing minor procedures (laceration repairs, incision & draining, etc.)

Available to fulfill the set work schedule.
