Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join Ocean State Longevity. The ideal candidate will have experience in hormone replacement therapy, health, and wellness and a drive to make a positive impact in the lives of our patients. You will be responsible for delivering a range of health and wellness services while supporting patients on their unique journey.
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial consultations and wellness assessments to understand patient goals and medical history.
Develop personalized treatment plans and administer hormone replacement therapies, injectables, and more.
Provide weight management counseling, including nutrition education and peptide injection management.
Educate patients about treatment options, processes, and benefits, helping them make informed decisions.
Foster a welcoming and trusting environment that enhances the overall patient experience.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all medical protocols and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with other team members to provide a consistent, high-quality level of care and customer service.
Qualifications:
Active Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts.
Experience in hormone replacement therapy, weight loss, peptides and aesthetics is preferred.
Passion for functional, integrative and holistic medicine.
Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for building trust and lasting relationships with patients.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Commitment to wellness, health, and providing patients with a supportive environment to reach their goals.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and staying up to date on developments in the industry.
Demonstrate brand loyalty and promotion of Ocean State Longevity as an individual and as a team member
Commitment to learn and follow all company policies, procedures and aspects of patient care, with a strong passion to demonstrate and promote company culture
Must be flexible to work some events.

Requirements and skills:
Must hold current license/registration to practice
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have the ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion
Ability to maintain highly confidential information
Medical patient software is preferred.
Must be detail oriented.
Possess excellent customer service skills
Maintains/reviews patient records, charts and other pertinent information. Records tests and examination results in patient's chart.
High level of ability in effective and sufficient communication, written and oral with patients, staff, vendors and the general public.
Must demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as an individual.
Must be honest, fair, dependable, respect confidentiality and the rights and privacy of others.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Ability to establish effective relationships with patients and staff.

Must meet all health requirements and pass background checks.
Knowledge:
The jobholder must demonstrate current competencies applicable to the job position.
Knowledge of basic medical principles and protocols.
Knowledge of policies and procedures related to infection control, environmental safety and patient confidentiality (HIPAA) .
Knowledge of medical chart reporting/records.
