Our Client is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join a thriving, senior-focused clinic in the Tanglewood area of Fort Worth, TX. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity at a high-volume primary care center committed to value-based medicine and comprehensive patient care. You will play a key role in improving patient outcomes while working autonomously in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Who You Are

You are a Nurse Practitioner with a current Texas license and experience working in a high-volume, outpatient primary care setting. You are comfortable seeing a steady flow of patients, enjoy working independently, and have experience with or a strong understanding of Medicare Advantage and value-based care. You are personable, efficient, and committed to delivering high-quality care to the senior population.

Your Role

• Provide direct, high-volume primary care to a senior patient population

• Manage visits independently in a well-resourced clinical setting

• Collaborate with clinical support staff and leadership to deliver coordinated, high-quality care

• Maintain a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or call responsibilities

How You Qualify

• Nurse Practitioner license in Texas (active)

• Experience in Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Medicare Advantage populations preferred

• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong interest or background in value-based care
