Job Summary We are seeking a Lead Certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in Family Medicine/Internal Medicine to join our dedicated healthcare team in Deltona, FL or Lake Mary, FL. This leadership role involves overseeing patient care while collaborating closely with physicians, specialists, and other team members to deliver exceptional outcomes.

As a key team member, you’ll provide high-quality care through comprehensive physical exams, accurate diagnoses, treatment planning, and patient education. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will guide and mentor team members while fostering a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive physical examinations.

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.

Clinical judgment and critical thinking abilities.

Clinical Experience:

Experience working in Family Medicine setting with minimum 1 year (out-patient, hospital, etc.)

Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Nursing.

Valid Nurse Practitioner license.

Accredited NP program completion, with a focus on Primary Care.

Excellent communication and patient management skills.

Strong ability to work independently and in a team.

Active BLS/ CPR certification

Valid Driver's License
