Qualifications

Currently licensed and experienced Nurse Practitioner with a passion for patient-centered care.

Adaptable, tech-savvy, and excited about blending telehealth with in-person care. (Training provided)

A team player who thrives in a positive and innovative environment.

Valid driver's license

HCC coding experience (preferred)
