We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Practice Provider (PA-C, FNP-C, or ARNP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Occupational Medicine, Orthopaedics and/or Pain Management. Our ideal candidate would have some experience in performing Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals, placement physical examinations, and OSHA respiratory clearance evaluations, and experience in evaluating and treating acute and chronic L&I injuries.
Key Responsibilities:
Ideal for experienced professionals, but we will train the right candidate.
Preferred Experience: Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Physical Medicine, Rehab, or Orthopedics.
Provide acute injury care with a focus on musculoskeletal issues.
Conduct DOT and pre-placement physical exams.
Evaluate and treat work-related injuries and illnesses.
Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and exit physical examinations.
Advise employers on workplace health and safety.
Provide health education and counseling to employees
Patient Load:
75-80% injury care
20-25% occupational exams and drug testing
Schedule: 4-day work week (10-hour shifts), no weekends or call.
The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them

Qualifications:
Certified as a PA-C, FNP-C, or ARNP, with CURRENT WA STATE LICENSE
Current FMCSA certification is required.
Prefer candidate with at least 3 years of experience performing physical exams and pre-employment evaluations.
Strong knowledge of occupational health regulations and OSHA guidelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
