Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our on-site team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

In this position, your core responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing treatment plans.

Ordering and prescribing of medications such as Suboxone and Subutex, as well as prescribing psychiatric medications.

Coordinating care with physicians, counselors, and the interdisciplinary team.

Maintaining accurate and complete patient medical records in the EHR system.

Providing education to patients and families on treatment, recovery, and wellness.

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing.

Current Nurse Practitioner license in Kentucky

Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, ANP, or similar).

Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.

Strong clinical skills in primary care or specialty areas.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
