Requirements of the Nurse Practitioner:

• Must have an active New York State License
• Must be Board Certified
• Some experience with trigger point injections and pain management techniques.
• Minimum of 3 days / per week commitment is required.

Schedule of the Nurse Practitioner:

• This is a Full-time or Part-time position.

• The salary for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 / yr based on experience.
