We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner or physician assistant to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellent patient care.

    Job Description:

    We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or a physician assistant to provide primary and specialized care within our internal medicine practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and treating a wide range of adult health issues, with an emphasis on chronic disease management and preventive care. You will work closely with our physician and healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care and improve patient outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.

    Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses.

    Prescribe medications and other treatments as necessary.

    Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results.

    Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families.

    Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health records (EHR) systems.

    Promote health and wellness through preventive care and patient education.

    Qualifications:

    Must have at least 1 year experience as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

    Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

    Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

    Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

    Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

    Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.

    Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
