We are partnering with a dynamic and rapidly growing mobile wound care team in Palm Springs, CA, to find compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioners (APRN) and experienced licensed Physician Assistants. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide exceptional care to patients in their homes.

About the Provider:
The organization specializes in delivering advanced wound care in various settings, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, adult care homes, and private residences. Operating in 8 states, they are expanding rapidly and currently care for approximately 300 patients.

Position Details:

• Role: Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (1099 Independent Contractor)
• Commitment: Full-Time, 40 hours/week
• Patient Load: Max census of 30-35 patients, approximately 7-9 per day

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $170,000/year base salary, regardless of patient load, plus a 20% RVU bonus.

Job Duties:

• Provide primary and specialized care, ensuring effective management of diverse health conditions.
• Establish strong relationships with patients and their families for better health outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to meet healthcare goals.
• Facilitate referrals and coordinate care with other healthcare providers.
