Full-Time Nurse Practitioner (W2) - Snohomish, WA
Who We Are: Join our dynamic and rapidly growing mobile wound care team! We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioners (APRN) or Physician Assistants seeking a rewarding and flexible opportunity to provide exceptional care to patients in their homes across multiple states.
About Us: We specialize in delivering advanced wound care to patients in various settings, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, adult care homes, and private residences. Operating in 8 states with plans for nationwide expansion, we currently care for approximately 300 patients
Position Details:
- Role: Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (1099 Independent Contractor)
- Commitment: Part-time (2-3 days/week) with a transition to Full-time (40 hours/week) once the census reaches 13 patients.
- Patient Load: Full-time max census is 30-35 patients (7-9 per day); part-time providers may transition to full-time at 13 patients.

Requirements:
- Ability to travel within a 50-mile radius of your assigned location.
- Valid APRN/Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
- Board certification.
- Commitment to providing high-quality wound care.
- Willingness to travel for initial training.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $185,000 per year

Qualifications:
