Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead the charge in creating a collaborative and energetic environment with the Medical Director, LPNs, and Office Admin, ensuring a winning team dynamic. Address any challenges or concerns from staff or patients promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience for all.
Patient Game Plans: Work with the Medical Director to craft personalized care strategies,
spearhead testosterone therapy, ensuring patients achieve optimal hormone balance. Oversee a suite of top-tier erectile dysfunction treatments, drawing on industry-leading practices with a focus on innovative therapies like Triplewave (Shockwave therapy), PRP injections, and personalized medication strategies to restore peak performance. Lead the charge in creating comprehensive wellness plans that encompass weight management and vitamin therapy, ensuring a well-rounded approach to patient health.
Precision in Treatment: Administer injections with expert accuracy, ensuring patient comfort and treatment efficacy. Drive the clinic towards achieving its census and care quality goals
Lab Leadership: Ensure lab operations run smoothly, with a focus on quality control and equipment maintenance, to keep our services at peak performance.
Compliance Coaching: Maintain strict adherence to legal and professional standards, ensuring the clinic operates within all regulatory boundaries.
Community Engagement & Digital Presence: Amplify our clinic's impact by engaging with the community both in-person at local events and online through active social media participation, enhancing our brand's visibility and connection.
Requirements
Credentials:You've got the training, armed with an NP or PA degree, DEA certification
Experience: We're looking for someone who's spent at least two to three years in the majors, ideally in fields close to men's health. But if you're a rookie with exceptional talent, don't count yourself out.
Communication Skills:You've got the gift of gab, able to build strong connections and pitch our high-value services like a pro.
Community MVP: Your networking game is strong, with ties in the community and a special spot for men's health. You're all about building the fanbase and keeping them engaged.
Business Slugger: With a proven record of hitting business goals out of the park and managing a team to victory, you're ready to take on the big leagues.
Drive: You're self-motivated, always pushing for that extra inning, ready to knock business growth out of the park.
Specialization: The men's health arena is where you shine, especially when it comes to Testosterone and Erectile Dysfunction treatments.
Training Camp: Willing to travel for top-notch training if needed, with all expenses covered by Triple Play Men's Health.
Leadership: If you've got experience calling the shots, it's a big plus. We're looking for someone who can guide the team to victory.
Clean Record: No malpractice lawsuits in your history books, and your licenses and certificates are as spotless as a new baseball.
