    Nurse Practitioners/Sr. Physician Assistants - Pierce County, WA

    Who We Are:
    Join our dynamic and rapidly growing mobile wound care team! We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioners (APRN) or Physician Assistants who are credentialed with Medicare and Medicaid. This is a rewarding and flexible opportunity to provide exceptional care to patients in their homes across multiple states.

    About Us:
    We specialize in delivering advanced wound care to patients in various settings, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, adult care homes, and private residences. Operating in 8 states with plans for nationwide expansion, we currently care for approximately 300 patients. Please note: Credentialing with Medicare and Medicaid is a requirement for this position.

    Position Details:

    • Role: Nurse Practitioner (APRN) (1099 Independent Contractor) - Credentialing with Medicare and Medicaid is required.
    • Commitment: Part-time (2-3 days/week) with a transition to Full-time (40 hours/week) once census reaches 13 patients.
    • Patient Load: Full-time max census is 30-35 patients (7-9 per day); part-time providers may/will transition to full-time at 13 patients.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Salary: $170,000/year
    • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k), and Tuition Reimbursement

    Job Duties:

    • Provide primary and specialized care, ensuring effective management of diverse health conditions.
    • Establish strong relationships with patients and their families for better health outcomes.
    • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to meet healthcare goals.
    • Facilitate referrals and coordinate care with other healthcare providers.
