    Join our dynamic and rapidly growing mobile wound care team! We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioners (APRN) and experienced licensed Physician Assistants looking for a rewarding opportunity to provide exceptional care to patients in their homes.

    About Us:
    We specialize in delivering advanced wound care in various settings, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, adult care homes, and private residences. Operating in 8 states, we are expanding rapidly and currently care for approximately 300 patients.

    Cities include:
    Lacey, Olympia, Tenino, Tumwater, Rainier, Yelm.

    Position Details:

    • Role: Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant
    • Commitment: Full-Time, 40 hours/week
    • Patient Load: Max census of 30-35 patients, approximately 7-9 per day

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Salary: $170,000/year
    • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k), and Tuition Reimbursement

    Job Duties:

    • Assess and manage a variety of health conditions in adult and geriatric patients.
    • Collaborate on community health initiatives in partnership with local organizations.
    • Provide comprehensive treatment and health education tailored to individual patient needs.
    • Engage with multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care.
