Benefits include; • 401K retirement plan • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Vision insurance • Paid time off Schedule: • 8-hour day shifts • Monday to Friday • On-call responsibilities Responsibilities: • Patient Care: Provide direct nursing care, including catheterizations, and collaborate on individualized care plans. • Care Oversight: Ensure the delivery of services complies with facility policies and standards. • Leadership: Manage day-to-day facility operations, ensuring optimal patient care and staff efficiency. • Mentorship: Support and develop junior nursing staff to maintain high care standards. • Collaboration: Work across departments to ensure integrated, holistic care. • Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate medical documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
