Job Summary We are seeking two compassionate and dedicated Nurse's Aides to join our healthcare team on evening 4p-9p and overnight shifts 11p-7a. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to assist patients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role is vital in delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.

Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.

Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, particularly those experiencing dementia or chronic illnesses.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to aseptic techniques.

Help lift and transfer patients safely using proper techniques.

Document patient care activities accurately.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members regarding patient needs and progress.

Skills

Familiarity with dementia care practices to effectively support patients with cognitive impairments.

Ability to perform long-term care responsibilities while maintaining patient dignity.

Proficient in taking vital signs accurately and efficiently.

Excellent communication skills to interact positively with patients and their families.
