Job Description
• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for each patient
• Provide care for patients with infectious diseases while adhering to safety protocols
• Support nursing staff in delivering quality patient care in both outpatient and hospital settings
• Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness practices
• Participate in training programs related to basic life support and patient care techniques
• Direct Patient Care: estimated 90% of the time involved in direct patient care
• Contractor shall be responsible for interfacing with patients, physicians, and family
• members
• Implement the plan of care demonstrating knowledge of the responsibilities of the CNA for all stages of care
• Work in partnership with the health care team in implementing standards of care in accordance with the purpose, philosophy, and objectives of nursing
• Responsible for care and use of equipment used
