    Overview:
    Key Health Management is seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrator to oversee operations at our skilled nursing facility in Princess Anne. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care while adhering to regulatory standards and optimizing operational efficiency. The Administrator will shape the facility's culture, collaborating with staff, residents, and families to create an environment that promotes well-being and community engagement.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
    • Develop and manage budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocation to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
    • Implement and evaluate policies and procedures aimed at improving patient care and facility performance.
    • Foster a culture of excellence by recruiting, training, and developing staff to provide the highest quality of care.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and the community, ensuring their needs are met and feedback is incorporated into care practices.
    • Conduct regular assessments, audits, and quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop programs that improve clinical outcomes and resident satisfaction.
    • Address and resolve concerns from residents and staff promptly and effectively to maintain a positive environment.

    Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a management role within a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting.
    • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, patient care standards, and best practices.
    • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling positive interactions with residents, families, and staff.
    • Proficiency in financial management, operational planning, and performance improvement.

    Compensation:
    Salary of $120,000, commensurate with experience. This position offers significant potential for professional growth and advancement within the organization as we expand our services.
