Develop and maintain system and workflow documentation for Nursing Wizard workflows.

Create and update training materials in alignment with ClinDoc curriculum standards and TED certification.(Certification in ClinDoc curriculum development and TED required)

Support end users by providing guidance on new workflows and system functionality.

Conduct training sessions for end users on new workflows and system updates.

Troubleshoot and resolve escalated workflow issues in collaboration with the help desk.

Participate in team meetings to discuss workflow improvements and user support strategies.

Update and maintain training tools to reflect changes in workflows and processes.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to users during workflow transitions.
