    Job Summary: As a Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist at Fuqua Everyday Fitness, Inc. (EDFT), you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized nutrition guidance. You will be responsible for conducting weekly client consultations, assessing their nutritional needs, developing customized meal plans, and monitoring progress through regular check-ins. In addition to providing nutritional guidance, you will be expected to meet monthly sales goals in the nutrition and supplements department, actively promoting our products and services. Your role also involves maintaining strong client relationships, fostering client retention, and communicating effectively with both clients and your immediate supervisor.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Client Consultations:

    · Meet with clients on a weekly basis to assess their individual health goals, dietary preferences, and medical history.

    · Collect relevant data, including measurements, weight, and body composition, to establish a baseline for tracking progress.

    1. Customized Meal Plans:

    · Develop personalized meal plans and dietary recommendations based on clients' specific needs, goals, and dietary restrictions.

    · Educate clients on portion control, nutrient balance, and healthy eating habits.

    1. Progress Monitoring:

    · Regularly track and analyze client progress, making adjustments to meal plans as needed.

    · Maintain detailed records of client interactions, including goals, dietary preferences, and measurement data.

    · Utilize Styku scanning and progress photos to track and monitor client progress.

    · Maintain client files as per company policy.

    1. Client Retention:

    · Build strong, trusting relationships with clients to enhance client retention rates.

    · Provide ongoing support, encouragement, and motivation to help clients stay on track with their nutritional goals.

    1. Communication:

    · Maintain open and effective communication channels with clients, responding promptly to questions, concerns, or requests for assistance.

    · Collaborate with clients to address challenges, adjust meal plans, and celebrate successes.

    · Maintain prompt communication with new inquiries: response required within 2 business days.

    1. Sales Goals:

    · Actively promote and sell nutrition services, supplements, food, and beverages to clients.

    · Set and meet monthly sales targets for nutrition and supplement sales.

    1. Supplement Promotion:

    · Provide clients with information about the benefits of supplements, and recommend appropriate products to support their health and wellness goals.

    · Keep up-to-date with the latest research and developments in nutritional supplements to provide informed recommendations, based on the products sold in-house.

    Qualifications:

    1. Certification: Must hold a valid certification as a Certified Nutrition Practitioner from a recognized accrediting body.

    2. Nutritional Expertise: In-depth knowledge of nutrition, dietary guidelines, and the ability to create customized meal plans.

    3. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and motivate them to achieve their goals.

    4. Sales Abilities: Proven sales skills and the ability to meet monthly sales targets for nutrition services, supplements, food, and beverages.

    5. Data Collection: Proficiency in collecting and analyzing client data, including measurements and health assessments.

    6. Adaptability: Ability to adapt meal plans as necessary to accommodate clients' changing needs and preferences.

    7. Product Knowledge: Familiarity with the benefits and usage of nutritional supplements, food, and beverages.

    8. All Duties as Assigned: There may be additional tasks assigned, related to the department and role, as business needs change.

    Working Conditions:

    · This position may require some evening and weekend availability to accommodate client schedules.

    · The role may involve standing for extended periods and conducting presentations or workshops.

    · This position will require off-site event attendance to promote EDFT, our products and services.

    · This position will require Front Desk job duties.

    Supervision:

    · Report to your immediate supervisor regularly to discuss client progress, sales performance, and departmental goals.

    · Collaborate with your supervisor to ensure alignment between client care and business objectives, making necessary adjustments as required.
