Opportunities Available

We are currently seeking passionate professionals to join our expanding team in the following roles:

• Landscape Architect/Land Planner (Entry Level): 0 to 4 years of experience
• Landscape Architect/Land Planner (Mid-Level): 5 to 10 years of experience

Key Responsibilities

In these roles, you will:

• Collaborate with clients, our design team, and other industry professionals to transform visions into innovative and functional designs.
• Learn and apply our design software standards with mentorship from experienced staff.
• Navigate and engage with various municipalities regarding zoning ordinances and project submission requirements.
• Work both collaboratively and independently to gather project data and develop creative design solutions.
• Assist in meeting regulatory deadlines with precision and professionalism.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with design intent and maintains high technical quality.
• Prepare and present materials in meetings, providing support and expertise throughout the process.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who have:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in landscape architecture from an accredited program.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Land FX, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey design concepts clearly and effectively.
• A collaborative mindset, eager to work with clients and colleagues at all levels.
• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Professional accountability and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
• Although not required, hand graphic skills are a plus.
