    Reports to: Vice President
    Compensation: Annual salary + bonus opportunities
    Location: Independence, MO

    What you excel at:

    • Proven design and technical skills.
    • Strong experience in preparing construction documents.
    • Thorough understanding and knowledge of zoning codes, design standards, and approval processes related to civil engineering.
    • Expertise in various civil engineering projects.
    • Using critical thinking skills to carry out design concepts to realization.
    • Strong leadership skills, ability to meet deadlines, and delivering high-quality designs.
    • Performing hydraulics and hydrology modeling.

    What you have already achieved:

    • Proven Residential or Roadway Engineering Design experience.
    • Accredited Engineering Degree.
    • Licensed Civil Engineer (PE).
    • Proficiency in Civil 3D.
