Position Overview: As the Senior Site Civil Engineer / General Manager, you will oversee the operations of our Falmouth office, manage projects, and mentor junior staff. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in site/civil engineering and private development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Falmouth branch office, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
- Oversee and coordinate site civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Utilize AutoCAD, Word, Excel, digital file management, and software-based project management tools.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Support the professional growth and development of team members.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer (PE) License.
- 10+ years of experience in site/civil engineering, with a focus on private development being a plus.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, digital file management, and project management software.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
- Positive and friendly attitude with a willingness to lead and grow both personally and professionally.
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience.
