Job Description
As a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer at O-I, you will spend your first four (4) to six (6) months getting exposure to various roles and operating procedures within a glass manufacturing facility. Following this period, we’ll determine your specialty deep dive where you’ll receive in-depth training to prepare you for your first role within the plant. This assignment will be determined based upon your education/experience, personal interest and the company needs.
Throughout your rotation through various roles across the business, you will be responsible for the following –

Our Manufacturing Development Program leads to challenging and rewarding opportunities within O-I. Options for your first role within O-I would likely include: Combustion Engineer, Process Specialist, Assistant Quality Manager, Assistant Plant Engineer, Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Supervisor, Shift Supervisor, and Environmental Engineer.
