    Interested in working in a very fast-paced environment alongside some amazing people? OCF Realty is hiring a dynamic Leasing Coordinator to support our Leasing & Property Management team. This position will be responsible for managing the tenant and owner communications regarding tenant applications, leases, and sublets. Candidates should be licensed real estate agents or on their way to obtaining their license. We need someone who is detail-oriented, an expert multi-tasker, and is committed to providing top-notch customer service. Lastly, we are seeking candidates who are as passionate about Philadelphia’s neighborhoods and community as we are, and share our culture of authenticity. Compensation: Starting salary of $40,000 commensurate with experience Responsibilities: • Assist in communication with owners and tenants regarding renewals • Process and send applications and pull credit reports • Communicate and see through proposed lease amendments with owners and tenants • Renew rental licenses for our clients and pull rental suitability certificates for tenants renewing their leases • Perform supporting administrative duties including, file keeping, scanning and regular audits to ensure accuracy • Maintain spreadsheets to keep workflow organized and information accessible to our team Qualifications: • Real estate industry experience: 2 years • Bachelor’s degree required • Real Estate license preferred • Must maintain a neat and professional image and demeanor • Must be thorough, reliable, responsible, honest, organized, flexible and service-oriented • Must be able to manage multiple tasks at once while remaining detailed and well organized • Must have experience with spreadsheets and possess a high level of computer literacy • Excellent problem solving and communication skills • Strong knowledge of Philadelphia’s neighborhoods Compensation: $40,000 DOE
