    What You’ll Do

    As a key member of our front-line team, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, families, visitors, and staff. Your presence sets the tone for the entire experience, so we’re looking for someone who brings both professionalism and genuine care to every interaction.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Greeting and registering patients for in-patient, outpatient surgery, ER, pre-testing, and physical therapy visits

    • Handling phone calls and managing transfers, paging, and information requests

    • Collecting co-pays and preparing receipts, maintaining accurate records

    • Ensuring a clean and welcoming lobby area, including stocked coffee supplies

    • Explaining hospital policies such as visiting hours and payment procedures

    • Upholding patient confidentiality and maintaining organized files and records

    • Entering and updating patient information in our system with accuracy and efficiency

    • Enjoys working with people and is committed to delivering top-tier service

    • Has basic computer and typing skills

    • Is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

    Preferred Experience:

    • Customer service, reception, or healthcare admissions experience

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
