    We are seeking an Acquisition Analyst to support our Navy customer. This position will be resident in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for the length of the program. This position is contingent upon contract award. This role will support a Royal Saudi Naval customer; prior experience with Foreign Military Sales and fluency in arabic are highly desired.

    Functional Description: Supports the development of program acquisition documentation such as Acquisition Plans (AP), Acquisition Strategy Reports (ASR), Procurement Initiation Document (PID), Statement of Work (SOW), funding documents, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and Acquisition Program Baseline Agreements (APBA). Assess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements. Attends, participates, supports, analyzes, provides input, develops, prepares and reports on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards.

    • Oversee Acquisition efforts for all IPT Project Teams with PID generation and other acquisition duties including SOWs/SOOs, CDRLs, Streamlines Acquisition Plans (STRAPs), Acquisition Strategy Briefs, Justification & Approvals (J&As).
    • Advise IPTLs on Acquisition Regulations, Thresholds, and Acquisition Processes/Procedures
    • Attend and support Procurement Planning Conferences, Acquisition Strategy Briefs, Data Requirements Review Boards (DRRB), Contract Status Meetings, Program Management Meetings, etc.

    Required Experience: ****

    - 15+ years of experience with US Navy and foreign Navy shipboard systems

    - A minimum of 5 of the 15 years shall include experience with the Royal Saudi Naval Forces sufficient to understand Saudi business and military culture.

    - Familiarity with US Navy and Middle East platforms, surface and air-launched weapon, C4I, Sensor, and Electronic Warfare systems

    - This position will be resident in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for the length of the program

    - Experience coordinating with US Military Training Mission (USMTM) in the Middle East

    - Proficient in MS Office and SharePoint.

    Preferred Experience:

    - Fluent in spoken and written Modern Standard Arabic to the degree necessary to accurately communicate between American English and Modern Standard Arabic.

    - Working with Foreign Military Sale (FMS) policy, procedures, and case management practices, including the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), export compliance issues, and Federal Acquisition Manual (FAR) is preferred

    Required Education : Bachelor's Degree.

    Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
