    Office Administrator Position (Full-Time, Monday - Friday)

    We are seeking a dedicated and professional Office Administrator to support two of our businesses: a Med Spa and a Restoration Service. Ideal candidates will have Med Spa experience, a presentable appearance, and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor.

    Job Requirements:

    Minimum of 2 years of office experience

    Quick learner with excellent customer service skills

    Strong multitasking abilities

    Excellent written and oral communication skills

    Proficient in internet and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

    Responsible, reliable, and adaptable

    Experience with follow-ups on open projects; collections experience is a plus

    Highly detail-oriented

    Fluency in a second language is a plus

    Additional Requirements:

    Smoke-free and drug-free environment; must be comfortable around office pets

    Successful background check and drug test

    Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
