Currently, we are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant with strong math skills and a focus on data entry to join our team.

    Position Overview: As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth daily operations by supporting various administrative tasks with a keen eye for accuracy and proficiency in mathematical calculations. This role will primarily involve data entry, analysis, and administrative support to ensure our business functions seamlessly.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Perform accurate data entry of various types of information into company databases and spreadsheets.

    Utilize strong math skills to verify numerical data for completeness and accuracy.

    Assist in compiling and organizing data for reports, presentations, and analysis.

    Conduct basic analysis of numerical data to identify trends, discrepancies, or anomalies.

    Support administrative functions including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining records.

    Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and accurate data management.

    Handle incoming inquiries and provide timely and professional responses as needed.

    Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role.

    Strong proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.

    Exceptional mathematical skills with the ability to perform calculations swiftly and accurately.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software.

    Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

    Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

    Effective communication abilities, both verbal and written.

    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

    Good attendance.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

    Previous experience in a data-driven or analytical role.

    Familiarity with basic accounting principles or financial reporting.

    Previous experience with Quick Books Online.

    Prior experience in manufacturing / construction / shipping A PLUS
