JOB TITLE:  Quality Assurance Tech

SHIFT:  1st Shift

SCHEDULED HOURS:  Varies within the hours of (4:00am to 3:00pm)

PAY RATE:  *$15.50 (*Includes $1 Attendance Incentive)

JOB DUTIES:  This position monitors and verifies product compliance with all applicable specifications.  Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:  Set-up workstation and assuring the necessary equipment is calibrated and functioning properly.  Monitor all product attributes according to processing specifications.  Monitor and document applicable HACCP, GMP and SSOP requirements.  Responsible for identifying and isolating questionable product.  This is a safety sensitive position.
