    Job Description

    We are a locally owned, and quickly growing business, that specializes in online retail sales, wholesale and distribution. We provide a vast variety of products to thousands of businesses nationwide: smoke shops, head shops, tobacco stores, convenient stores, health and food businesses, and many more.

     

    We are currently seeking the right candidate to join our team immediately. If you are a bright, punctual, and motivated professional with a strong work ethic and positive attitude, then we would love to meet you! Our ideal candidate will be organized, highly adaptable, and a quick learner. You MUST have previous customer service experience. Familiarity with items sold at smoke/head shops would be very helpful: extracts, eCigs, Vape, kratom, tobacco pipes, novelty items, etc.

     

    PAY RATE: STARTS AT $11 OR MORE, BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING. We offer paid training at a reduced rate of $10 an hour. The training period is based on the employee's performance and acclimation Employee be will monitored and reviewed during the training period. Once training has been completed, the employee will then be reviewed for their initial pay raise, starting at a MINIMUM of $11.00 an hour or more.

    We also conduct performance reviews throughout the year, which generally leads to promotions, raises and bonuses, based on performance. If you're a hard worker and learn quickly, we will notice and adjust your pay accordingly - we take care of our employees!

    PAY FREQUENCY: Bi-weekly

    KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide customers with in-depth knowledge of our products and recommend alternate products based on availability, cost, and specifications. You will have to learn about our products, which consist of vapes, eCigs, CBD, kratom, extracts, D8, etc.
    • Proved prompt and courteous customer service by communicating with customers over the phone and by email, using problem solving skills to manage support requests.
    • Create new accounts, invoices, and orders for customers.
    • Create claims for returns, exchanges, lost/delayed packages, etc.
    • Generate shipping quotes, packing slips and shipping labels for customers.
    • Generate quarterly reports for shipments, returns, exchanges, etc.
    • Generate daily reports of customer interaction.
    • Fulfill basic office duties, such as filing, office cleanliness, and other duties that may be assigned by Managers.
    • Assist Management in day-to-day operations.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must have basic knowledge of novelty items, such as CBD, kratom, vape products, eCigs, D8, tobacco pipes, etc.
    • Must have at least 3 years of Customer Service experience
    • Phone-related customer service experience is a PLUS
    • Must be 21 years or older
    • Must have flexibility with work schedule - may be required to work some weekends and some holidays
    • Must have reliable transportation
    • Willing to complete a background check and reference checks
    • Willing to complete random drug tests, if necessary

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

    • Must be tech savvy, and have the ability to quickly learn new programs used for inventory, shipping, website portals, etc. is required.
    • Skills with phone and computer systems required.
    • Typing average of at least 50 WPM preferred.
    • Interaction with customers are by phone and email. Having excellent oral and written skills are mandatory, as our Customer Support Reps are the "face of the company".
    • Strong listening/comprehension skills required. We make every effort to ensure our customers are happy with every interaction with our company.
    • Proven ability to work independently and take initiative to complete simple tasks are required.
    • Ability to lift 15 pounds
