Cross Creeks Country Club (CCCC) has an immediate need for Court Staff. This will be a full-time non-exempt position, with a schedule ranging from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM with up to 40 hours and weekends required.

Duties & Responsibilities for Court Staff
The Court Staff at Crossing Creeks Country Club is responsible for assisting in daily operations including answering phones, addressing customer inquiries, scheduling tee times, registering golf members and guests, the sale of merchandise, food and beverages, assisting in tournaments/clinics, and maintaining cleanliness of the grounds and courts. The Court Staff will strive to provide the highest level of professionalism and customer service for our members and guests on the course. Duties and responsibities include:
Maintaining a high level of top-notch customer service and professionalism to a wide range of diverse customers
Assisting with checking in golf members and guests
Ensuring all players are registered, this includes policing courts
Preparing and selling food, concessions, and beverages (including alcohol); selling merchandise
Cleaning and maintaining grounds around the courts and court bathrooms
Ensuring Courts are dry and clean at all times
Assisting with tournaments and clinics
Assisting in daily operations including but not limited to: Registering players, taking reservations, collecting dues, and answering phones
Coordinating members needs and generally assisting members as requested
Reporting any issues/problems to the Club Supervisor immediately – follow chain of command
Showing leadership and direction with co-workers and other staff members
Communicating appropriately with members, guests and co-workers
Greeting all members and guests as they enter the courts in a warm and welcoming manner
Adhering to and ensuring compliance with Crossing Creeks Country Club policies, procedures and customer service standards
Participating in maintaining a safe, clean and organized environment
Covering Cart Staff and Field Marshall duties as needed
Other duties as assigned
