    RDE Capital Group, LLC Bilingual On-site Community Property Manager

    RDE Capital Group, LLC seeks an experienced and fully bilingual (English and Spanish) property manager to manage and oversee an assigned multitenant property in Dallas. This position aims to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction, and revenue.

    Responsibilities

    Marketing: We will keep the property occupied by qualified tenants through advertising, lead follow-up, and property showings for prospective residents.

    Tenant Relations - develop rental agreements, select qualified resident tenants, collect deposits and rents, file evictions, attend court hearings, process collection requests, enforce the rental agreement terms, and resolve resident/tenant complaints.

    Assist with annual budget forecast and maintenance operation plans

    Oversee maintenance personnel and contractors to meet standards

    Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants

    Negotiate leases/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner

    Advertise and market vacant units in AppFolio, Facebook

    Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses

    Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data, and trends

    Oversee properties’ personnel and assess their performance

    Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance

    Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities

    Update job and market knowledge

    Any other tasks assigned by the regional manager

    Requirements and skills

    Proven work experience as a Property Manager

    Ability to lead people

    Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects

    In-depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management

    Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software

    Customer focus and bottom-line orientation

    Excellent interpersonal skills with strong communication and presentation skills

    Well-organized with excellent time management skills

    Fully bilingual (read, write, speak) English and Spanish

    Education:

    High School Diploma, preferably with some college

    Compensation: $24.00 per hour.
