    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) – Per Diem to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, experience in the operating room, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.

    • Assist in preparing the operating room with necessary equipment and supplies.

    • Monitor patients throughout the surgical process and ensure their safety and comfort.

    • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless procedures.

    • Maintain sterile techniques and adhere to infection control protocols.

    • Document patient care accurately and promptly.

    • Participate in room turnover and ensure proper handling of surgical instruments.

    Required Experience

    • Active RN license in the state of Texas required.

    • Experience in an outpatient or hospital surgical setting preferred.
