    - Administrative Tasks:
    - Schedule patient appointments and manage the calendar for healthcare providers.
    - Maintain accurate patient records and ensure data integrity in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
    - Coordinate referrals and manage patient follow-ups as needed.
    - Process billing and insurance claims in accordance with practice procedures.

    - Communication:
    - Provide patients with information on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
    - Address patient inquiries in a respectful and timely manner.
    - Collaborate effectively with healthcare providers, staff, and external organizations.

    - Sanitation and Compliance:
    - Maintain cleanliness and organization of examination rooms and medical supplies.
    - Adhere to infection control protocols and regulations.
    - Stay informed of healthcare laws and regulations to ensure compliance with HIPAA and other guidelines.

    Qualifications:

    - High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
    - Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
    - Previous experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting is a plus.
    - Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and telemedicine platforms.
    - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    - Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
    - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
