    Job Description

    Job Summary

    We are seeking to hire an OTC Brand Marketing Intern. The internship will provide exposure to various functions within the OTC Marketing Department focusing on DRL own brands. As a Marketing Intern, you will become an integral part of a Brand Marketing Team.

    Our Summer Internship Program runs from June 2025 to August 2025 and is designed for Rising Seniors graduating in Spring 2026.

    Responsibilities:

    • Product Launch Support: If timing aligns, assist in the launch of a new product by attending project meetings, working closely with the Supply Chain team on setting volume assumptions, and contributing to Product Development Plans (PDPs).
    • Write comprehensive marketing briefs that will help build a successful marketing initiative or campaign.
    • Support the development of omnichannel marketing strategies to create consumer demand.
    • Help gather consumer insights, data, research, category trends and best practices to input into strategic marketing plans.
    • Measure and analyze omnichannel campaign performance.
    • Media and Marketing Budget Management: Create and manage a consolidated media and marketing budget file across all brands.
    • Asset Repository Creation: Develop a repository for all assets, letters, and documents, and evaluate potential additions.
    • Partner cross-functionally with teams to advance and grow business and/or commercialize new products.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    • *Hybrid Work Schedule (3 days on-site, 2 days remote required)
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Educational qualification: Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Marketing / Finance or a related field

    Minimum work experience: This is an entry-level position

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
