We are looking for dedicated Over-the-Road (OTR) Company Drivers based in Springfield to become a vital part of our team.

Key Points:

• Home Time: Enjoy 12 days on the road followed by 2 full days (48 hours) at home every other weekend.
• Nationwide Coverage: Drive across all 48 states, primarily focusing on routes east of I-35, while maintaining flexibility based on freight availability.
• Mileage: Average between 2,000 to 2,200 miles per week, determined by Hours of Service (HOS) and your availability.
• Freight Handling: Experience all no-touch freight with 50-60% drop & hook and 40-50% live unload.
• Flexible Dispatch: No forced dispatch into NYC or its five boroughs.

Compensation and Benefits:

**Pay based on Verified Experience
**

• Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the second hour.
• Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.
• Sign-On Bonus: $500 after your first load and another $500 at 30 days.
• Mileage Bonus: Earn an additional 3 cents per mile based on safety, mileage, and productivity, eligible on the first of the month following your hire date.

REQUIREMENTS:

CDL Class A License

Valid Medical Card

Clean MVR

Clean SAP

Able to pass hair follicle test
