Mileage & Pay

• Average 2,000-2,200 miles/week
• 100% no-touch freight (50-60% drop & hook, 40-50% live unload)
• Detention Pay: $12.50/hr after 2 hours
• Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100/day
• Performance Bonus: Up to an additional 3 CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity.

Equipment & Support

• Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths
• 24/7 operations support, no matter the time of day

Vacation Time

• 1 year = 1 week
• 3 years = 2 weeks
• 7 years = 3 weeks
• 15 years = 4 weeks

Bonus Details

• Sign-On Bonus : $500 after your first load + $500 after 30 days
• Performance Bonus : Earn up to 3 CPM based on your performance
