Job Description
Account Managers will interact with C-suite executives, leveraging a tele-sales platform, and will use data rich leads to identify relevant funding opportunities. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, high energy, and persistence to navigate its everyday challenges. The ability to establish rapport, think of your feet and recognize buying signs will be critical to the position. At OY6 we focus on quality not quantity but we understand its a numbers game and production goals are part of the process.
Once Account Managers identify funding opportunities, they will work directly with a Senior Account Manager to nurture and shape a transaction with the client.
Although we live in a post pandemic environment, Account managers will be required to work in office at our Orange County location. We did not make this decision lightly, but realize, this type of sales environment requires the entire team for support and encouragement. We understand that without the support of the "pack", the lone wolf dies!
OY6 provides financing for ticket sizes of $3M - $50M. Account managers are provided a salary and make commission relative to the size of the transaction
