What you'll do
Club Attendants or “Crew” play an integral role in creating strong rapport and developing memorable experiences for OZ1 members. This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to include placing and serving food orders and keeping the club area clean and well-stocked. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the energy and integrity to manage multiple tasks independently. Outstanding work means more than prompt and professional food and beverage service; it is also remembering the names and orders of club members, showing an interest in life at our airport, and truly becoming a member of our community.
Compensation: $9.00 per hour, plus tips. Minimum hourly wage guaranteed.

Responsibilities
- Act as club concierge. Greet all customers when they enter. Track guest attendance. Be a first point of contact to handle guest queries and resolve service issues. Make an effort to remember names and build relationships with members.
- Place food orders with Louise and prepare beverage orders as needed. Receive food from food runner and deliver to tables. Ensure proper utensils and condiments, etc. are provided.
- Bus bar top and dining tables, run bus tubs to dish, stock ice and take out trash as needed. Reset the room for service. Clean and disinfect work area.
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each member while maintaining a safe environment.
- Enter all orders according to guest request through the POS.
- Follow Dram Shop rules, taking steps to prevent over-serving, and enlisting managers’ help should the situation warrant.
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the night and account for any and all discrepancies in the final drawer tally.
- Develop an efficient work pace that keeps the club members satisfied at all times.
- Self-manage. Follow attendance policy, clock in/out appropriately, adhere to dress code, be proactive in accomplishing duties, adhere to Company policies and procedures.
- Be familiar with any club and airfield-related materials we provide. Exhibit knowledge of the club and airport amenities.
- Respond quickly and professionally to emailed reservation requests; manage reservations on club calendar.
- Support club events as directed.
- All other duties as assigned.
What You Need to Get the Job Done
- Must be at least 21 years old
- General math, reading and computer skills; able to handle money and give correct change
- Must possess or obtain all licenses and certificates required by the local health department and Alcoholic Beverage Commission
- Ability to work on your feet for hours at a time
- Excellent verbal communication skills; friendly and professional demeanor
- Organized and able to multi-task; self-motivated, able to prioritize tasks and make independent decisions
- Great customer service and conflict-resolution skills, and a commitment to professionalism
- Excellent teamwork ability
- Interest in general aviation, preferred
